1. Q. How long does it take to get the images back?
A. 24 hours from the time we have received the file. On a very rare occasion we will require 48 hours, but we will always notify you about this in good time before delivery so that your deadline is not compromised.
2. Q. Do you offer a free trial or a test for editing?
A. Yes, we offer a 7 day free trial after we have talked to you about your image editing needs as we only work with clients that have a regular turnover of images. We focus on these clients because we become an integrated part of your company and prefer working with clients long term. 3. Q. How can I send a job to you?
A. We encourage our clients to use our dropbox to send us images. Instructions on how to do this you can find by clicking this link; http://3sixtyfactory.com/delivery-process/ You may send it on this link: http://3sixtyfactory.com/dropbox/ with complete details specially instructions and where/whom to send the edited files. You may also send us images to other sites like fileflow, wetransfer, filemail or from your own server you always use and send the images to email@example.com

4. Q. What are the services that you offer?
A. We offer three main photograph editing services: Clipping Path and Image Masking, Real Estate Photo Editing, and 360 Photo Editing. We also provide a range of other picture editing possibilities like airbrush, retouching, vector graphic images, raster to vector conversion service and much more. 5. Q. How much does it cost?
A. We offer a range of packages to suit everyone. We can find the right deal for whatever you need. We are not the cheapest company but you can be sure that we deliver the highest image editing quality and excellent customer service. 6. Q. What are your working hours?
A. Our production office works from Mondays to Saturdays 0800-1700 CET (Oslo, Norway Time). Jobs on Sundays will be worked on Monday and 24 hours delivery time will start on Monday also.
7. Q. How do I pay for your services?
A. Once you accept our quotation, we create an invoice at the end of each month and send it to you by email. The due date is 10 days after invoice date and we do accept PayPal payments as well made out to firstname.lastname@example.org For new clients we require a $ 1000 pre payment because we have had several incidents where clients have used our services for 1 month and then simply refused to pay. We hope you understand why we have put this practice in place to protect our business from these kind of incidents.
